Therapy provides support, validation, strategies, and coping skills. Together we can work towards changing your perspective and behaviors. I pride myself in creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to express yourself. My goal is to help clients illuminate the ability in themselves to face challenges from the past and future.
I am committed to using a solution-focused, evidence based, and skills-driven approach in supporting you to achieve greater self-awareness, self-confidence, and happiness in your life.
Relationships, including those with a therapist, depend largely on chemistry. Our goal is to work together to face your challenges in an environment of trust and compassion. If we work together, I encourage you to be honest and direct with me so I can guide you through the journey in the most effective way possible.
Depending on what kind of health plan you have, you may be eligible for financial reimbursement towards your therapy sessions. I am able to direct bill a number of insurance companies. However, if you are unsure about what benefits you have, the best thing to do is to contact your insurance company directly.

Sessions are typically 50 to 60 minutes. However, the course of treatment is different for every person, and session length, frequency of appointments, and duration of treatment may vary according to need.
During your first appointment, we will go through general information, such as – what you can expect from therapy, what are your rights and obligations as a client, and what my obligations are as a mental health professional. Then I’ll ask questions to get a deeper understanding of you as a person and what brings you to therapy.
I understand life happens, however, if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me within two business days, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
