Sessions are typically 50 to 60 minutes. However, the course of treatment is different for every person, and session length, frequency of appointments, and duration of treatment may vary according to need.

During your first appointment, we will go through general information, such as – what you can expect from therapy, what are your rights and obligations as a client, and what my obligations are as a mental health professional. Then I’ll ask questions to get a deeper understanding of you as a person and what brings you to therapy.

I understand life happens, however, if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me within two business days, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
